Our Philosophy

The Focus Of Our Search Is Client Satisfaction. Our Objective Is To Identify And Attract Qualified Candidates For The Client’s Positions And Secure The Appointment Of The Preferred Candidate. Career Catalysts Presents Its Views But The Final Choice Rests With The Client.

Career Catalysts Respects Absolute Confidentiality Of Sensitive Information Provided To Us About A Client Organization, Their Plans, And Its Personnel, And Likewise We Expect Client Companies To Respect The Confidentiality Of Candidate Information.

We establish appropriate lines of communication with the client at the beginning of an assignment and use them to maintain regular contact throughout the search. Any facts discovered by us in the course of the search are shared with the client and we also expect them to keep us informed of any developments which may affect the search.

Career Catalysts requests that only one recruitment procedure be followed. Thus, clients are requested not to use any other recruitment methods or partners whilst Career Catalysts is working on a search (Applicable only on Retained Search /senior level hiring)

We aim to present qualified candidates for interview within the agreed time line. We endeavour to complete the assignment within the stipulated time, although in some cases it may take longer.

While working for the Client, Career Catalysts HRC will NOT POACH the employees from the company. However, in case the candidates solicit Career Catalysts for inquiry on a job opportunity, it will not be treated as "No Poach" as it is the candidate, who, on his/her own accord would want to search for market opportunities.

In Addition, if the Client is no longer sharing positions where the Consultant's service is no longer used, for a period which is not less than 6 (six) months, thereby forcing Career Catalysts to look for other Clients, then this Contract on "no poach" will become null and void as it would mean that the Client no longer needs the services of Career Catalysts Pvt Ltd unless explicitly specified otherwise.
